The next phase...Jillian Michaels level 2

So I finally completed the Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred  on level 1...and I only skipped about 3 days total. Which is a lot better than last time, lol. I made those days up, however, and completed Jillian Michaels - 30 Day Shred on level 1 30 times. Needless to say, I am more than ready to move on to level 2 of this workout. I also decided to take a few days off to let my body rest, but.....a few days turned into a whole week. So I have been inactive for a whole week, with the exception of  an evening walk and light housework.
   It is definitely time to get back to it. I shall keep posting progress pics also. Until next time...
